The Lookout Function Room is the ideal place for any occasion.  Set on the upper level of The Old Bundy Tavern complex, we pride ourselves in providing excellent catering facilities in our nostalgic Lookout room.  Wrap around verandas and its outstanding views will make your function a truly memorable experience.

Our Lookout Function Room is ideally suitable for conferences, seminars, product displays, birthdays, engagements, weddings etc with many features including air conditioning, fully equipped private bar, stage and dance floor.  For your conferences we also have available to hire, Data Projector & Screen, White Board and Large Plasma Screen.

Along with our friendly fully trained staff the Lookout Function Room can easily accommodate between 40 to 120 people.  Chef Deb and the team in the kitchen have a wide range of delicious catering options from a large buffet banquet to alternate drop three course menus, all of which are detailed below.

Bar Service

For all our functions there is a fully stocked bar available to be operated by one of our friendly staff members.  Want something special in the fridge for that special occasion? No worries! Just let us know in advance and we can have it ready to go.

Entertainment

Equipped with a stage area and dance floor, the Lookout can be set up for many different types of entertainment.  This can be organized through our function manager or if you have a band / DJ in mind already feel free to arrange this yourself.

Room Hire

A Room Hire payment of $300 is applicable for weddings.  This covers for all costs associated with the setting up and down of the function and guarantee's your booking for the Lookout.

Bar Tabs

To arrange a Bar Tab for the night simply see the function manager.  These are fully customizable, whether it be for beer, wine and softdrink only or simply an open tab.  All tabs must be paid at the end of the night unless organized differently with the function manager.

Payment Options

Payments for your function can be made by Cash, Card, Cheque or Direct Deposit. We have facilities to take all major cards including Amex and Diners.  Please see the function manager for more details on payments.

Decorations

Decorations for your special occasions are welcome, however we ask that they do not damage any walls etc when they are affixed.  We do however ask that confetti, glitter or rice is not thrown inside or an extra cleaning fee will apply.
